1. Agreement

By accessing or using AI Hairstyle Changer, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

AI Hairstyle Changer provides AI-assisted hairstyle and hair color preview tools. You may upload a selfie, portrait, hairstyle reference image, or text prompt to generate visual hairstyle previews, including haircuts, bangs, layers, fades, curls, and color ideas.

AI outputs are for visual planning and inspiration only. They are not a salon guarantee, professional beauty advice, medical advice, or an exact prediction of the final real-world result. Real results can depend on hair type, texture, current length, color history, products, stylist or barber technique, and maintenance.

3. Accounts and Guest Use

You may use limited guest trials where available. Guest usage may be limited by IP address or other abuse-prevention signals. Signed-in users may receive credits, use paid plans, view saved creations, and manage billing where available.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

4. Credits, Paid Plans, and Subscriptions

Some generations require credits. Credits may be deducted when a request is submitted. If a paid generation fails because of a service-side processing error, we may return the deducted credits when the failure is detected. Credits are not normally returned for successful generations, user input problems, unsupported content, or results you choose not to use.

Credit validity depends on the source of the credit. Free daily check-in credits may expire quickly. Monthly subscription credits expire according to the plan period shown at purchase. Annual plan credits expire after the annual period. One-time purchased credits do not expire unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a prorated refund for the current paid period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.

5. User Content

You retain your rights to photos, reference images, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, display, and delete your content as needed to provide, secure, debug, and operate the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload any photo or reference image you submit. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, malicious, deceptive, or non-consensual.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity
  • Upload private photos of another person without permission
  • Upload NSFW, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content
  • Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or data protection rights
  • Attempt to bypass credits, guest limits, rate limits, access controls, or security systems
  • Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service

7. Saved Creations and Retention

Guest generations are not saved to account history. Signed-in free users may keep generated results for a limited period, currently 7 days. Paid users may keep generated results for a longer limited period, currently 30 days. Upload inputs are temporary and are intended to be removed after a short period, currently about 24 hours. Retention periods may change as the service evolves.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, website, software, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The service uses third-party providers for AI generation, hosting, storage, payments, authentication, analytics, email, logging, and support. AI generation may be processed by external model and API providers. Payments are processed by Creem or another listed payment provider at checkout.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, abuse credits or guest trials, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, realistic, uninterrupted, secure, available, or suitable for any specific purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or failed salon or styling outcomes.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
