1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

  • Profile information made available during sign-in
  • Locale, sign-in method, account status, and basic account metadata

1.2 Uploaded Photos, References, Prompts, and Generated Images

When you use the service, we may process:

  • Selfies, portraits, and other photos you upload for hairstyle previews
  • Hairstyle reference images you choose or upload
  • Text prompts, selected style options, aspect ratio, resolution, and quality settings
  • Generated hairstyle preview images returned by the AI service
  • Model, task, status, error, and processing metadata needed to operate the service

Your uploaded photo is used to create your hairstyle preview. We do not publish your uploaded photo publicly on the website.

1.3 Usage, Credits, and Abuse Prevention

We collect usage information needed to operate the service, including:

  • Generation requests, timestamps, processing status, and error information
  • Credit deductions, refunds, daily check-ins, purchases, and subscription state
  • Guest trial and rate-limit signals such as IP address or similar abuse-prevention data

1.4 Payment Information

Payments are handled through the checkout flow. We store order, subscription, product, amount, currency, and payment status metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create AI hairstyle, haircut, bangs, fade, curl, and hair color previews
  • Upload temporary media, submit AI generation jobs, and receive results
  • Show generated results on the current page or in My Creations where available
  • Manage accounts, credits, check-ins, subscriptions, orders, refunds, and support
  • Prevent abuse, enforce limits, detect duplicate or failed charges, and keep the service secure
  • Debug failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests

3. Storage and Retention

3.1 Uploaded Input Files

Uploaded input files, including selfies and local hairstyle references, are temporary and are intended to be removed after a short period, currently about 24 hours, regardless of whether the user is a guest, free signed-in user, or paid user.

3.2 Generated Results

Guest generated results are shown on the current page and are not saved to account history. Signed-in free users may keep generated results in My Creations for a limited period, currently 7 days. Paid users may keep generated results for a longer limited period, currently 30 days. Automated cleanup may remove expired database records and stored media.

3.3 Account, Credit, and Payment Records

Account, credit, order, subscription, check-in, and refund records are retained while your account is active and as needed for security, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your uploaded photos or generated hairstyle results. We may share data only where needed to:

  • Process hairstyle generation requests and return results
  • Store temporary uploads and saved generated results according to our retention rules
  • Complete checkout, subscription, refund, and billing operations
  • Support authentication, email, analytics, logging, security, and customer support functions
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security

5. Your Choices

  • You can avoid account history by using guest mode where available, subject to guest limits.
  • You can delete saved creations from My Creations when available.
  • You can download or save generated results while they are available.
  • You can request account or data deletion by contacting us.
  • You can cancel paid subscriptions according to the Refund Policy and billing flow.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and limited operational access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you consent to this processing where permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
